Talleres de Memoria para el Adulto Mayor
En el Club "Las Chicas Malas", nuestros talleres de memoria están diseñados para:
✅ Estimular la cognición con juegos, ejercicios y técnicas divertidas.
✅ Prevenir el deterioro cognitivo mediante actividades prácticas y sociales.
✅ Fortalecer la autoestima al lograr metas y compartir experiencias.
✅ Crear lazos comunitarios en un ambiente alegre y de apoyo mutuo.
